Military experience and AI expertise, working toward one mission.
Maayu Government Solutions brings together military leadership, recruiting experience and workforce technology to help veterans move into meaningful civilian work. Human first, AI second.
Help one million veterans find meaningful employment.
Every veteran's next chapter is different. Our mission is to help one million veterans find work that connects their experience and goals with a real opportunity to contribute and grow.
Our one-million goal is an ambition. We report progress using verified employment starts supported through Maayu programs and partnerships. Participation and interview activity are reported separately.
What “meaningful employment” means
- The work fits the person's skills, interests and career direction
- Pay and working conditions they understand and accept
- It respects location, schedule and family needs
- It offers stability and a path to grow
Our principles
Listen to the veteran
Begin with the person's goals and circumstances.
Human first, AI second
Technology helps people work better; decisions stay accountable to people.
Make roles clear
Define who owns preparation, outreach, follow-up and reporting.
Report with integrity
Distinguish ambition, activity and verified outcomes.
